The Role
- This position supports and advances MPACT's sustainability reporting and ESG communications, while contributing to broader investor relations activities.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and ESG matters, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex sustainability data into clear, compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities
Sustainability Reporting & ESG Communications (Primary Focus)
- Work with internal departments, external stakeholders, and consultants to prepare, draft, and coordinate MPACT's annual sustainability report
- Conduct ESG benchmarking and research on industry peers and best practices
- Compile and analyse sustainability metrics and KPI tracking
- Prepare sustainability-related content for management reporting, investor communications and presentations
- Support compliance with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, GRESB, SBTi, etc.)
- Engage with ESG rating agencies and sustainability-focused investors
- Develop communications materials that effectively convey ESG performance to investors
Investor Relations Support
- Assist in the production of investor materials including the annual report, sustainability report, presentations, press releases, and other announcements
- Conduct peer benchmarking and market research
- Support investor and analyst events including AGMs, roadshows, and results briefings
- Assist the department in other investor relations and sustainability matters
Job Requirements
- Degree in Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related fields
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in sustainability reporting, ESG communications, corporate communications, or investor relations
- Experience with sustainability reporting
- Familiarity with Bloomberg would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both English and Chinese to support of investor relations activities, and to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders
