Act as the custodian of the company's Code of Conduct and internal disciplinary framework
Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling and conflict resolution
Lead and conduct investigations into employee grievances and misconduct cases
Monitor developments in the employment landscape to ensure compliance with local labour laws and fair employment practices
Partner closely with in-house unions to maintain strong labour-management relations, including collective bargaining and change management initiatives
Leverage data and insights to provide practical, balanced solutions for complex employee issues
Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
Relevant experience in employment-related matters, with a strong understanding of local labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Unions Act)
Prior experience in employee relations, investigations, grievance handling, or union engagement will be advantageous
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess situations from multiple perspectives and analyse data effectively
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders across all levels, including senior management and union representatives
Demonstrates emotional maturity, integrity, and sound judgement
Resourceful, independent, and solutions-oriented
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HR system is a plus
