Our company is looking for an individual to join our shared services team to be responsible for the full cycle of employee payroll processing as well as Compensation and Benefits review.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly payroll duties
- Ensure the payrolls of our division are processed timely and accurately
- Handle monthly payroll processing including income tax and reimbursements
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, and tax-filing for all employees
- Liaising with statutory bodies IRAS, MOM, CPF, etc., regarding employee's remuneration
- Prepare and handle HR data to provide insights for the Management's decision-making
- Generate monthly HR-related reports for Management review
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies, and address/resolve payroll-related issues
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
- Administration of work pass application
- Manage and modify compensation and benefits policies
- Assist in conducting market compensation & benefits survey to ensure the competitiveness of employee benefit packages
- Respond and handle any queries raised by line managers or employees promptly
- Ensure good data management practices
Skills/Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 4 years of C&B experience knowledge preferred
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations
- Meticulous and problem solver
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
