Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager - Human Resources who will drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives, foster positive relationships across all organizational levels, and champion innovative HR practices to support business growth and employee well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain effective relationships with employees at all organizational levels to assess and address their welfare and well-being needs, enhancing workplace satisfaction
  • Design and implement innovative human resources strategies and programs that increase employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture
  • Identify and analyze challenges within HR processes to develop and execute solutions that expand organizational capabilities and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace environment that aligns with company values
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by piloting new HR practices and approaches that drive business objectives and foster innovation
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively to maintain a positive and fair work environment
