Responsibilities:

• Implement initiatives and programmes to enhance employee relations and engagement
• Organise talent development programmes to develop the identified talents
• Provide advisory to stakeholders in order to analyse talent needs and make recommendation &implementation of learning interventions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programmes
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
