Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their HR Operations team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for candidates with strong HR operations experience who enjoy managing employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and data management in a fast-paced environment.
Manage employee exit clearance and offboarding processes
Support re-employment administration
Handle employment contract administration and renewals
Maintain contingent workforce records and employee profiles
Perform HR administration using HR systems (e.g. Workday)
Support HR data management, reporting and process improvement projects
Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support HR operational activities
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience
Experience handling employee lifecycle processes, HR administration or contract management
Experience using HRIS systems (Workday experience is an advantage)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data management
Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
