Job Description

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their HR Operations team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for candidates with strong HR operations experience who enjoy managing employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, and data management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee exit clearance and offboarding processes

  • Support re-employment administration

  • Handle employment contract administration and renewals

  • Maintain contingent workforce records and employee profiles

  • Perform HR administration using HR systems (e.g. Workday)

  • Support HR data management, reporting and process improvement projects

  • Ensure employee records are maintained accurately and confidentially

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support HR operational activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline

  • At least 5 years of relevant HR Operations experience

  • Experience handling employee lifecycle processes, HR administration or contract management

  • Experience using HRIS systems (Workday experience is an advantage)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data management

  • Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
