What You'll Do
- Lead HR digital transformation and drive the adoption of Odoo HRMS
- Optimise and automate HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Use data and analytics to deliver insights for business decision-making
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition and elevate employer branding
- Enhance hiring strategies to attract and secure top talent
- Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
- Champion change management and drive adoption of new systems and processes
What We're Looking For
- Degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- 5-8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR technology
- Proven experience in HRMS implementation (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
