Assistant Manager, HR Data & Strategic Planning (Healthcare)

Overview

This role plays a key part in driving financial resilience and resource optimisation within the healthcare sector. You will support the coordination and implementation of initiatives that focus on cost containment, manpower productivity, contract lifecycle management, and value-based care strategies. The position involves close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and deliver better value care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams in improving efficiency and financial sustainability in clinical and operational processes.
• Design and implement value-based care initiatives that deliver appropriate and cost-effective care.
• Gather, clean, and integrate data to ensure accuracy for reporting and analytics.
• Develop communication strategies and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Provide secretariat support and actively contribute to committees and workgroups.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with 2-5 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong data analytics skills, including data wrangling, analysis, and visualization Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with clinical quality frameworks and improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, meticulous, and results-oriented with strong communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
