Job Scope:
Project Management
- Manage the procurement of consultancy and construction packages in accordance with established project standards.
- Review and endorse project schedules, method statements, material submissions, and permit-to-work applications during construction.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Create and execute communication plans to ensure timely engagement with key stakeholders.
- Provide clear updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure project goals and innovation initiatives are aligned with broader organizational strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to conduct feasibility studies for renovation and development projects.
Budgeting
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to develop project budgets aligned with scope and objectives.
Other Duties
- Perform any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical competency and familiarity with industry processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with BIM and SketchUp is an added advantage.
