Responsibilities
. Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of redevelopment projects in accordance with the organisation's standards.
. Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.
. Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects
. Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms
. Develop communication plans for timely engagement and involvement of stakeholders
. Effectively communicate updates, milestones, and potential challenges to stakeholders
. Collaborate with leadership to align innovation initiatives with overall organizational goals and strategies
. Engage stakeholders to carry out feasibility studies for renovation projects
Requirements
. Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
. At least 5 years of relevant experience with proven track record in public sector or healthcare infrastructure projects
. Required proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and SketchUp will be added bonus
