Job Title: Assistant Manager, FP&A Enablement

Role Overview
This role is responsible for enhancing FP&A capabilities across regions by providing standardized analytics, advanced insights, and scalable solutions that regional teams typically do not have the capacity to build on their own.
The role acts as a center of excellence partner to regional finance teams and is required to understand regional requirements and build improved data analytics tools thereby enabling better decision-making while reducing manual effort.
Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with regional FP&A to optimize / enhance / automate
- Monthly performance reviews
- Forecast and budget cycles
- Business performance deep-dives
Analytics & Insights
- Build standardized regional dashboards and reusable analytical frameworks
- Ensure consistent definitions and comparability across regions
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for regional leadership questions
Knowledge & Capability Building
- Facilitate best practices sharing across regions
- Coach regional analysts on global systems and tools; storytelling and insights
- Contribute to FP&A standards, documentation, and playbooks
Data Platform & System Tools
- Own and enhance FP&A analytics built on Fabric / Power BI
- Drive automation of recurring reports and manual tasks
- Support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of Global FP&A tools
- Such as Inforiver / Lumel Fabric Planning IQ
- Medallion Architecture
- Act as a single coordination point for regional data needs and priorities, bridging:
- Regional and Global FP&A Teams
- Finance and IT
Requirements
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of relevant, hands-on work experience.
Skills/Accreditations
Excellent Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical outcomes clearly
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine willingness to support and enable others
- Ability to listen, collaborate, and engage effectively with teams across regions and cultures
Excellent Technical Skills
- Power BI: semantic model design, DAX measures, and visualization development
- Microsoft Fabric: experience with databases, data warehouse, lakehouse, and notebooks
- Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools for analysis and reconciliation
- ETL & data pipelines: experience with dataflows, scheduling, and orchestration
- Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and Python or equivalent data languages
Preferred tools and systems experiences
- SAP, D365, or other enterprise ERP systems
- Power Automate or workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with IBCS standards or structured financial reporting principles
Academic Qualifications
- Degree or Certification in Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline.
Travel requirements
