Assistant Manager Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven finance professional to join our Group Finance team. This role offers regional exposure and the opportunity to be involved in group-level financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance across multiple markets.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while working closely with country finance teams and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly group consolidation and financial reports
• Support timely month-end closing in line with group reporting timelines
• Review financial submissions from regional teams for accuracy and completeness
• Perform variance analysis and highlight key financial movements
• Support preparation of management reports for internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS / SFRS(I)) and internal policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
• Work closely with country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across regions
• Contribute to process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• CPA / CA (or equivalent) preferred or in progress
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or audit
• Experience in group reporting or consolidation is preferred
• Exposure to SGX reporting or experience in a listed company environment is an advantage
• Experience working with regional/multi-country teams is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High integrity and a strong sense of accountability
