Assistant Manager Finance

Responsibilities

• Drive financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions
• Oversee treasury activities, including liquidity, funding, and banking relationships
• Support M&A initiatives from valuation and due diligence to execution and integration
• Manage credit risk assessments and ensure alignment with internal policies
• Contribute to process improvements and transformation projects to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of relevant finance experience
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven mindset
• Prior exposure to treasury, M&A, or transformation workstreams would be advantageous
