Job Description

You will be part of the dynamic administration team to advance our efforts in providing a more conducive and safer physical work environment through enhancing our estate and facilities management services.

Estate and facilities management services

  • Support estate and facilities management services to ensure that it is run in an efficient and effective manner
  • Monitor Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and term contractors to ensure compliance with agreements and service delivery standards
  • Assist on matters relating to budgeting/budget utilisation, tenancies, tenders and quotations, project claims and invoice processing.

Workplace transformation

  • Manage improvement works/renovation projects from inception to completion
  • Engage with external agencies/consultants on space planning and project management, including gathering of internal fitting-out requirements, relocation and change management.

Other operational duties

  • Assist in the management of customer feedback and closure
  • Manage any other projects and initiatives needed to support the Administration Division


  • Degree/Diploma holder in engineering or related field (e.g. mechanical, electrical, facilities, estate management) with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication and organizational skills with aptitude to build and maintain internal/external relationships at multiple levels within the organization
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve objectives
  • Well-versed in government procurement and financial procedures, emergency preparedness and estate management/ facilities management in public sector projects would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
