What The Role Is

To advance estate placemaking by designing and delivering events and programmes that activate JTC estates, strengthen strategic partnerships, and foster vibrant, self-sustaining communities. The role focuses on ecosystem-building through collaboration with industry, academia, tenants and community partners, supported by strong end-to-end programme delivery.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of events and programmes, including planning, budgeting, procurement, vendor management and on-site execution.
  • Work with communications and marketing teams to shape outreach and participation strategies for programmes.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness using KPIs and stakeholder feedback, and incorporate learnings into future placemaking initiatives.
  • Ability to shape estate-level engagement strategies, steward long-term partnerships, and guide junior officers in placemaking delivery is a bonus.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in building partnerships and co-creating programmes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong programme and project management skills, including budget and vendor management.
