What The Role Is
To advance estate placemaking by designing and delivering events and programmes that activate JTC estates, strengthen strategic partnerships, and foster vibrant, self-sustaining communities. The role focuses on ecosystem-building through collaboration with industry, academia, tenants and community partners, supported by strong end-to-end programme delivery.
What You Will Be Working On
- Drive placemaking through estate-level events and programmes that support community-building, ecosystem development and long-term estate objectives.
- Develop and manage an integrated estate programming calendar aligned with key milestones, announcements and engagement priorities.
- Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, tenants, industry players, academic institutions and community groups to co-create and co-deliver programmes.
- Translate stakeholder needs and ecosystem gaps into relevant engagement formats, partnerships and programming concepts.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of events and programmes, including planning, budgeting, procurement, vendor management and on-site execution.
- Work with communications and marketing teams to shape outreach and participation strategies for programmes.
- Monitor programme effectiveness using KPIs and stakeholder feedback, and incorporate learnings into future placemaking initiatives.
- Ability to shape estate-level engagement strategies, steward long-term partnerships, and guide junior officers in placemaking delivery is a bonus.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in placemaking, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, events or ecosystem development.
- Demonstrated experience in building partnerships and co-creating programmes with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong programme and project management skills, including budget and vendor management.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- A team player that is comfortable working across teams and navigating ambiguity.
