The Role: Assistant Manager (Engagement Services)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join the InsPIRE Engagement Services team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for NTU's international engagement programmes, supporting the coordination of visiting delegations, international partnerships, and consultancy initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and managing administrative aspects of international engagements, including liaison with internal units, financial operations, and programme documentation.

  • Providing secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up tracking.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of international events, workshops, seminars, and conferences.

  • Assisting with procurement, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and financial tracking.

  • Maintaining databases of partnership activities and preparing reports on programme outcomes.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal departments and external international partners.

  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting the expansion of consultancy services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, Humanities, or a related field.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex programmes and multiple stakeholders independently. Experience in higher education administration or international programme coordination will be advantageous.
