Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Assistant Manager, Employee Experience & Learning Operations.

You will help build a consistent, energising Brew Crew experience. You will bring our culture to life through global engagement, recognition, workplace experience, and learning initiatives that support our people from onboarding through development.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Employee Experience

  • Delivering global employee experience activities.
  • Manage and evolve global recognition programmes.
  • Support culture-building initiatives informed by insights from My Voice Matters, our global engagement programme.

Learning Operations

  • Partner with Global Learning and Talent to deliver core corporate learning modules (mandatory and development).
  • Support leaders and HR partners in running targeted development programmes.
  • Oversee LMS administration for corporate learning courses.
  • Coordinate learning vendors, logistics, scheduling, and programme operations.
  • Facilitate in-person training sessions as needed.

Global HQ People Operations & Workplace Experience

  • Coordinate workplace experience and engagement events at the Global HQ in Singapore (HomeGrounds).
  • Support Rewards in delivering recognition programmes (e.g., Brewversary, annual awards).
  • Partner with Marketing on global People events such as Townhalls and Huddles.
  • Support the Global Head of HR on communications, HR calendar routines, and special projects.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation for HomeGrounds employees.
  • Handle local HR operations including benefits enrolment, vendor management, and invoicing.

Your Ingredients

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or learning & development.
  • Strong coordination and organisation skills; able to manage multiple programmes.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable facilitating onboarding or training.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
