Assistant Manager, Emergency Planning & Security Operations (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Lead emergency preparedness planning and act as the key coordinator with government agencies and external stakeholders

• Ensure organisational readiness for healthcare, civil, and national emergencies through planning, drills, and continuous improvement of SOPs

• Support emergency preparedness and security requirements in the planning and setup of new healthcare facilities

• Plan and conduct tabletop and full-scale emergency and security exercises, reviewing outcomes and driving improvements

• Develop and deliver emergency preparedness and security training to staff across facilities

• Lead security governance and initiatives to enhance staff and patient safety in line with national frameworks

• Review, implement, and enhance physical security measures and coordinate with external agencies where required

• Drive a data-informed approach by developing KPIs and reports to monitor emergency preparedness and security performance

• Participate in national-level emergency preparedness projects, exercises, and special operations as assigned

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Emergency Management/ Security Studies/ Healthcare Management/ Public Policy or related studies

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in emergency preparedness, security operations, healthcare operations, or public sector coordination

• Experience planning and conducting emergency drills, exercises, and training programmes

• Strong stakeholder management and inter-agency coordination skills

• Calm, resilient, and able to perform effectively under pressure
