Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer receivables, drive timely collections, and support healthy cash flow management.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, identifies issues before they become problems, and actively works with internal and external stakeholders to achieve collection targets. This role is suited for an individual who is resourceful, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

Business Partnership & Digital Transformation

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend AI, RPA and digital transformation solutions.
• Develop business requirements and solution proposals based on operational needs.

Business Application Development

• Develop and maintain internal business applications, integrations and APIs.
• Manage databases, SQL queries and backend services to ensure system performance.

AI & Intelligent Automation

• Develop AI-powered and RPA solutions using platforms such as OpenAI, Copilot, Power Automate and UiPath.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify suitable business automation use cases.

Digital Transformation Project Management

• Lead digital transformation projects from solution design through deployment and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate POC, UAT, pilot and production rollout, managing project progress, risks and stakeholders.

Regional Collaboration

• Collaborate with JHQ and regional teams on digital transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Represent local business needs in regional digital projects.

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide application support and troubleshooting, including root cause analysis.
• Maintain system documentation and standards, conduct user training and drive continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business application development, automation or digital transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation or automation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and deliver practical technology solutions with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath or equivalent RPA platforms.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or AI Builder.
