• Process & Automation Support

• Process Documentation: Assist in working with stakeholders to map out current manual workflows and identify areas for improvement.

  Automation Documentation: Assist in documenting automation solutions (e.g. scripts or Power Automate flows), including basic descriptions of what the automation does, key steps involved, and any known limitations, to support knowledge sharing and handover

  System Testing: Create UAT test scenarios and serve as the primary tester to identify technical bugs and providing feedback on functionality and user experience.

• Data Operations & Reporting
• Data Management: Perform data cleansing and preparation standardizing formats, removing duplicates, and organizing datasets for system migration.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management reporting.
• Data Validation: Conduct cross-system checks to ensure high accuracy and consistency in processed datasets.
