About the Role:
Lead Synapse (IoT) team in installation and maintenance of in-house IoT and security deployments
Define sensor/system architecture and placement strategies
Evaluate and onboard IoT platforms, gateways and edge devices
Design integrations between IoT, BMS, CMMS, Robotics and other platforms
Provide hardware advisory on in-house Smart FM deployment
Manage vendors, contractors and system integrators
Collaborate with Solutioning team and InSite Hub on managing Smart FM deployments
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sensor data specifications and data analytics.
Manage Smart FM projects from inception to completion.
Support and assist in other initiatives as directed by Management
About You:
Experience with IoT deployments, sensors, gateways, or edge devices,
Familiarity with integration across systems (e.g. BMS, CMMS, robotics, platforms),
Project delivery experience to manage end-to-end Smart FM / tech-enabled FM projects & comfortable handling multiple vendors / system integrators
Able to interpret sensor data / system performance and make recommendations
