ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER (YOUNG TALENT)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand and attract early-career professionals. Create engaging content and materials for branding and outreach across digital, print, and social platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external institutions to conduct initiatives focused on attracting and recruiting young talent. Manage the execution of the Global Management Associate Program and various scholarship programs, including candidate selection, scholarship management, and onboarding processes. Design initiatives that support the holistic development and engagement of young talent by identifying needs and co-creating effective solutions. Conduct data analysis to create metrics and visual dashboards that provide actionable insights for talent management. Lead automation efforts and continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Support broader talent, leadership, and career development initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in talent management, acquisition, or development within a global organization. Strong analytical skills and a capacity for agile learning. Proactive, resourceful, and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Professional discretion in handling confidential information. Proficient with data analysis tools and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint experience with data visualization tools or graphic design software is an advantage.
