The Department of Communications is responsible for the marketing and publicity of Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and SP's corporate website is one of our key outreach platforms. This role is responsible for leading the strategic management, governance and continuous improvement of Singapore Polytechnic's website, while driving SEO strategy to strengthen organic visibility and findability.
[What you will be working on]
Responsibilities
Website Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of SP's CMS (Sitefinity), including uptime, performance, security, and compliance.
- Maintain, define, and enforce CMS governance, website standards, and publishing workflows across SP.
- Administer CMS templates, components, workflows, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues with vendors, IT partners and internal stakeholders.
- Drive website enhancements, new components, and integrations.
- Provide technical support and basic CMS training / guidance to Schools and Departments.
- Support Sitefinity Cloud migration and major platform projects.
- Manage the website budget and procurement processes
- Monitor website analytics data (WOGAA, Google Analytics, GTM) and provide timely updates to management, with actionable insights to improve the SP Website user experience
SEO Strategy, Implementation, and Search Optimisation
- Lead SP's SEO strategy across school and course webpages, including keyword prioritisation and optimisation roadmap.
- Monitor organic performance using GA4, GSC, and keyword tracking tools; identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Define SEO-led content optimisation priorities and frameworks, and ensure strong technical and on-page SEO implementation.
- Maintain and enhance SEO dashboards and reporting.
- Support other administrative duties where required
[What we are looking for]
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience working on websites
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO (keyword research, content optimisation and performance tracking).
- Experience using analytics and performance data (e.g. GA4, Search Console) to inform content decisions.
Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
