We are looking for a tech-savvy research specialist who can design, run, and analyse surveys to support data-driven decisions. The role involves improving survey processes with technology, helping with digital transformation projects, and providing training. Strong communication skills are important, as the job includes presenting findings to senior management and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

. We seek a self-motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy Research Specialist to lead survey design, implementation, and analysis, driving data-informed decisions.

. The ideal candidate has expertise in survey methodologies, data collection, analysis, and business processes, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance survey operations and reporting.

. You will support digital transformation initiatives, optimize operational processes using technology, and provide training to strengthen survey capabilities across the organization.

.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves presenting insights and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

.Relevant training in computer science, data science, business analytics, statistics, mathematics, consumer research or a related discipline

. Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in consumer research, data analytics and/or research analytics.

. Having a good understanding of public consultation processes and stakeholder engagement will be an advantage.

. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

. Strong skills in SQL, Python, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes or equivalent, and data visualisations using Tableau and PowerBI.

. Familiarity with statistical, robotics automation and low code automation tools such as SPSS, UiPath and PowerAutomate, machine learning algorithms and techniques will be an advantage.

. Strong verbal and written skills with theability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences clearly and effectively.

. Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
