TÜV SÜD is rolling out a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD) Sales platform across all regions. As the Key User for MSD Sales in ASEAN, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption, user readiness, process alignment, and high-quality data stewardship within your region. You will be the regional anchor between Business Units, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, the Global CRM Team, and the Sales Operations Hub (SOH) in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with strong business process understanding, CRM experience (preferably MSD Sales), excellent communication skills, and a passion for user enablement and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- User Support L1 and Escalation: Act as the ASEAN first point of contact for Dynamics 365 Sales users, resolve L1 questions quickly, and escalate complex incidents with clear reproduction steps and business impact.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver onboarding and refresher training, localize global materials with ASEAN use cases, and build a train-the-trainer network across Business Units.
- Drive Adoption and Change Management: track usage, pipeline hygiene, and data completeness partner with business leaders to address low adoption and reinforce best practices.
- Data Quality and Governance: run routine checks (duplicates, mandatory fields, account hierarchies), coordinate clean-ups, and champion governance standards.
- Local Process Readiness: Align end-to-end processes with key stakeholders (Sales, Sales Operations Hub, Marketing , Finance): identify local gaps (e.g., lead handover, approvals), document exceptions, and support connected flows (Lead-to-Quote, Order-to-Cash).
- Support Continuous Improvement: participate in UAT/validation, communicate release impacts, collect enhancement requests, and monitor post-release issues.
- Strengthen regional-to-global coordination: represent ASEAN in the Global Key User community, cascade updates, and help leaders interpret dashboards by flagging data gaps and report inconsistencies.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in CRM Systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) or similar enterprise platforms (SAP CRM, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of Sales processes (lead, opportunity, quote).
- Comfortable with data governance and basic data quality checks.
- Demonstrated experience in training, user support, or change management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
