This role will support both digital analytics/automation initiatives and the deployment of enterprise systems such as CMMS to drive operational excellence.

- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and digital solutions.
- Build and optimize data models, write SQL queries, and integrate various data sources into reporting and applications.
- Leverage Power Suite tools to automate workflows and business processes, streamline operations and improve user experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative digital solutions, including automation and AI-driven tools.
- Design KPIs and metrics tailored to business needs, ensuring dashboards and solutions are clear and user-friendly.
- Troubleshoot data, automation, and application issues; continuously improve solution quality based on user feedback.
- Lead and support CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) project deployments, including requirements gathering, configuration coordination, testing, rollout, and post‑go‑live support.
- Act as the digital project coordinator for CMMS initiatives, working with IT, Operations, Engineering, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Design and manage CMMS-related data flows, reporting, and integrations, including dashboards and analytics using Power BI.
- Support change management and user adoption for CMMS deployments, including user training, documentation, and issue resolution.
Support and assist in other Digital Solutions and transformation initiatives as directed by Management.
