As part of the Communications and Marketing team, we are seeking a Creative Designer with strong video production skills to join our team. This role blends graphic design expertise with hands-on video shooting and editing capabilities. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging visuals and multimedia content that elevate SJ Group's brand presence across digital, print, and video platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic & Visual Design
- Develop creative concepts for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns.
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, infographics, presentations, and social media assets.
- Maintain and evolve SJ Group's brand identity across all touchpoints.
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, and social media.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture professional footage.
- Edit videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition) to deliver polished content.
- Create motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling.
Digital Content Creation
- Design and produce engaging content for websites, social media, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with communications and marketing team to develop multimedia campaigns that drive engagement.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals and videos.
- Stay updated on design, video, and digital trends to keep SJ Group's creative output fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 46 years of professional experience in design and video production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with video shooting equipment (cameras, lighting, audio).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
