My client is a leading international fiduciary and corporate services provider with a growing presence in Singapore and across the APAC region. They are currently expanding their team and are looking for an experienced corporate secretarial professional to join their Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Singapore and offshore entities, including VCCs, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Handle end-to-end corporate secretarial matters, including corporate structuring, advisory and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate team workloads and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage routine and complex corporate actions, including AGMs, Annual Returns, changes in officers particulars and company structure updates.
- Lead new company incorporations and client onboarding processes.
- Support KYC and compliance requirements, ensuring all onboarding documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist with internal systems, workflow and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Liaise with legal counsel, professional intermediaries, compliance teams and regional stakeholders across jurisdictions.
- Provide timely and high-quality corporate secretarial support while maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate services or corporate secretarial administration in Singapore, with experience managing diverse institutional clients.
- Strong practical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA regulations, with the ability to independently advise clients on statutory compliance, timelines and execution.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, with the ability to handle complex corporate secretarial matters independently.
- Experience managing, mentoring or supervising team members, with the ability to delegate effectively and support the development of junior staff.
- Chartered Secretary qualification or equivalent professional qualification. Candidates currently pursuing a relevant Chartered Secretary qualification will also be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
