Role Overview
This role supports the development and execution of strategic plans, corporate initiatives and performance reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders to align business functions with the organisation's strategic goals, providing analytical and project management support to enable informed decision-making. The role also plays a key role in the operationalisation and continuous enhancement of the organisation's Corporate Planning Framework, ensuring effective governance, alignment and execution of strategic planning and performance management processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Planning Framework Development, Implementation & Governance
- Support the development, implementation, operationalisation and continuous enhancement of the organisation's Corporate Planning Framework and other related planning and governance frameworks to support organisational growth and evolving business needs.
- Coordinate framework-related processes, maintain governance standards and documentation, monitor implementation progress, and provide analysis and recommendations to support effective planning, performance management and decision-making.
- This may include supporting the development of frameworks such as the Resource Prioritisation Framework.
Performance Review and Reporting Process
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentation materials to support management performance reviews and data-driven decision-making.
- Identify trends, gaps and opportunities to support strategy execution and continuous improvement.
Corporate Planning, Market Intelligence & Business Analysis
- Support the development and periodic review of corporate and departmental strategic plans to ensure alignment with long-term organisational objectives.
- Conduct environmental scans, industry benchmarking, market research and internal data analysis to inform strategic reviews, business proposals and planning cycles.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs, align initiatives and facilitate effective communication.
- Represent the team in cross-departmental engagements and act as a strong business partner.
Management Meeting Secretariat (BMM/PMM)
- Provide secretariat support for the organisation's Business Management Meeting (BMM) and People Management Meeting (PMM).
- Coordinate meeting schedules, consolidate agenda papers and presentation materials, ensure the completeness and quality of submissions, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to facilitate effective governance, timely decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
Ad-hoc Projects
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy or its equivalent, with a minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a Big Four international accounting firm, IPO, M&A, corporate restructuring, or other large-scale strategic projects will be an added advantage.
- Highly numerate, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and provide meaningful insights.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong communication, detail-oriented, stakeholder management skills, project management capabilities and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated project management, organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, proactive and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
