Job Summary

The Corporate Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering internal corporate meetings, events, and engagement initiatives that support leadership communication, organisational culture, and employee experience.

The role leads the end-to-end organisation and project management of all internal events and meetings as well as employee engagement programmes and company celebrations. Working closely with leadership and internal teams, the role ensures events are professionally executed, aligned with organisational objectives, and delivered within approved budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute company-wide internal meetings (onsites and offsites offsites), events and company celebrations.
  • Work closely with leadership and internal teams to manage end-to-end event planning including concept development, venue sourcing, agenda coordination, materials preparation, guest management, travel arrangements, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure meetings are conducted smoothly with appropriate confidentiality, professionalism, and governance standards.
  • Ensure strong project management discipline, timelines, and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Support organisation-wide engagement programmes, including CSR-related employee activities and community initiatives.
  • Develop annual internal events calendar aligned with company priorities.
  • Prepare event budgets, obtain necessary approvals, and manage expenditures responsibly.
  • Source and evaluate vendors including venues, event production, catering, and service providers.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Oversee event logistics, risk management, and operational execution.
  • Track event outcomes and employee participation metrics.
  • Provide post-event evaluation and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in corporate event management and workplace experience programmes.
  • Strong vendor management, project management and budget control experience.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professionalism in handling senior leadership events.
  • Calm under pressure, attention to detail, structured, pragmatic, and execution excellence.
  • Ability to work muti-task in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
