Job Description

Core Identity and Role

  • Position Overview: A project coordination and business analysis role supporting IT system implementation, operations, and stakeholder management.

  • Operational Focus: Ensures smooth project execution, operational support, and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

  • Work Environment: Fast-paced IT environment involving project coordination, system support, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and vendors.

  • Stakeholder Interaction: Works closely with project managers, business users, technical teams, and external vendors to support delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Technical Functions

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
    Review system documentation, workflows, and architecture to gather and document business and technical requirements.

  • Project Management Support:
    Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, scope changes, and implementation activities.

  • Business Analysis Support:
    Facilitate requirements workshops, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with system configuration and optimisation.

  • Operational & BAU Support:
    Manage production issues, service requests, escalations, and operational support activities.

  • Vendor Management & Performance Monitoring:
    Monitor vendor issue resolution performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Issue & SLA Management:
    Track issue resolution progress and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Ad-hoc Project Support:
    Support additional assignments and cross-functional activities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience:
    Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field with at least 4 years of experience in project management and business analysis.

  • Certifications (Preferred):
    PMP, CBAP, or similar certifications are advantageous.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Experience in IT system implementation and maintenance

    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

    • Knowledge of business analysis, system configuration, and testing coordination

    • Experience managing issue tracking and operational support

  • Core Skills:

    • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities

    • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
