What you'll be doing
- Manage client accounts and build strong, long-term working relationships
- Lead and support a small recruitment team - setting direction, providing guidance, and stepping in when needed
- Oversee high volume end-to-end contract staffing recruitment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and handle any issues that come up along the way
- Track hiring progress and keep stakeholders updated
- Support training and development of team members
What we're looking for
- Experience in high-volume contract staffing or outsourcing recruitment
- Comfortable balancing client expectations with internal delivery
- Organised, responsive, and able to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team management experience preferred, but not essential
- Open to Senior Executives ready to take the next step
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on, lean environment
