Assistant Manager, Concierge
We are seeking a sophisticated and driven Assistant Manager, Concierge to lead our front-of-house team at a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of Marina Bay. This is a pivotal leadership role for a service professional who thrives on interpersonal interaction and takes immense pride in delivering a Gold Standard resident experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor and inspire a dedicated Concierge team to achieve excellence in daily operations
- Service Excellence: Enhance and uphold bespoke service standards, ensuring every resident interaction is seamless, professional and personalized
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Management Team to align concierge operations with the overall estate management goals
- Operational Management: Oversee roster planning, handle complex resident inquiries and ensure the lobby and communal facilities reflect the luxury status of the development
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality, premium residential services or high-end guest relations
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Leadership: Strong team-building skills with a passion for coaching and developing staff
- Flexibility: Ability to work a 5-day work week (including weekends) on a rostered basis
- Availability: Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts on selected Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as working on Public Holidays.
