You will play an important role in building tenant relationships and driving tenant promotional initiatives spanning across the transit areas of our terminals to make Changi Airport a shopping haven.
Job Description:
- Build and nurture strong tenant relationships and drive collaborative success
- Secure store deals to drive impactful airport-wide online and offline campaigns
- Review and expand tenant's online and offline product offerings, and to curate Changi-exclusive products, promotions and experiences.
- Work with retail tenants to implement out of lease line activations with engaging experiential features.
- Analyse sales data to uncover insights and boost tenant performance
Requirements:
- Good Degree in Business/Finance/Tourism Studies/Retail Management/Estate Management or related disciplines.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in related industries such as retail marketing are preferred.
- A creative and resourceful team player with a keen eye for detail, strong initiative, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with tenants, service providers, and internal teams
