Job Description

Job Summary

This role supports the implementation and monitoring of the organisation's Responsible Gambling (RG) programme to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate RG initiatives, training, reporting, and outreach activities, while promoting responsible gambling awareness across the resort and casino.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements by working closely with Business Units.
  • Implement and monitor responsible gambling measures and programmes.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and conduct responsible gambling training.
  • Prepare, collate, and analyse responsible gambling data and statistics to support continuous improvement of the RG programme.
  • Plan and coordinate responsible gambling roadshows and events.
  • Engage customers to promote and share responsible gambling information and initiatives.
  • Review, update, and ensure adequate stocking of responsible gambling collaterals across the resort and casino.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for submission to the Authority and for management presentations.
  • Review and update responsible gambling SOPs, work guides, forms, and checklists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 23 years of work experience with relevant exposure to the job responsibilities.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, audit, compliance, or similar environments) will be an added advantage.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight timelines.
  • Positive working and learning attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including occasional weekend events (e.g. roadshows).
