WHAT TO EXPECT

The Regulatory team is part of the Compliance department, and is primarily responsible for assisting in reviewing whether the company's representatives have met the stipulated competence and compliance standards, which is in accordance to the industry guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will be part of a dynamic and driven team, and have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including but not limited to our partners, clients and regulators. You will report directly to the Deputy Head of Compliance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Review existing policies and procedures to ensure that the applicable laws, guidelines, notices and regulations (e.g. FAA and PDPA) are met
  • Prepare or update policies and procedures in accordance with any new or amendments to the applicable laws, guidelines, notices and regulations
  • Provide advice, including trainings, to stakeholders on the proper implementation of relevant policies and procedures
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies (e.g. MAS) in a timely manner
  • Remain up to date on new publications by the relevant authorities
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects that may be assigned

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance preferred
  • Strong team player
  • Good analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline oriented
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot table) and Tableau
  • Knowledge of FAA and PDPA requirements preferred
