Job Description

Vouch is partnering with a leading Singapore-based multinational organisation to hire an Assistant Manager, Compensation to join its Human Resources team.

Working as part of a lean and collaborative Total Rewards team of five, you will play a key role in shaping compensation practices for a large and complex workforce. This is a hybrid role that combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of compensation programmes, while managing the day-to-day administration and execution of key rewards initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and processes.
  • Analyze compensation data, participate in salary benchmarking, and assess market trends to ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Oversee the annual performance review and compensation cycles, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Conduct job evaluations to assess role sizing and pay alignment; experience with frameworks such as Mercer.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compensation policies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
  • 3 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills, market research expertise, and regulation law.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-country environments.
  • Regional role experience is a strong advantage.
