We are looking for a motivated and creative communicator to join us. In this role, you will support the delivery of communications that bring NUHS population health and community care efforts to life. You will play a key role in creating clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content that highlights how NUHS and partners support residents to stay healthy and well in the community. Working closely with the Senior Assistant Manager and Head of Communications, you will translate communication plans and narratives into compelling stories, visuals, and materials across digital, print, and internal platforms.

Job Role

Content creation and storytelling

  • Develop clear, engaging, and audience-friendly content across formats (e.g. articles, newsletters, social media content, speeches, presentations).
  • Translate complex healthcare and population health concepts into relatable stories for different audiences.
  • Craft stories that highlight programme impact, partnerships, and resident outcomes.
  • Develop visual and multimedia content (e.g. videos, infographics) with internal teams and vendors.

Communications collateral and campaign support

  • Support the development and rollout of communication materials for population health programmes.
  • Adapt and tailor content for different audiences, including residents, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across materials.

Internal and partner communications

  • Develop and curate content for internal platforms (newsletters, staff communications, Intranet).
  • Support communications for partner engagement initiatives, events, and outreach activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather content, stories, and updates for dissemination.

Media and digital support

  • Support media and public communications effort, including drafting media materials and monitoring coverage.
  • Assist in managing digital platforms and content updates where required.

Project and vendor coordination

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for communication projects and materials.
  • Work with vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) to support production of content and collaterals.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of outputs.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging content.
  • Good visual sense and appreciation for design, with the ability to develop visual content.
  • Ability to follow and execute communication strategies and plans effectively.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination skills.
  • Proactive and resources, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital content creation, social media, and video production
  • At least 4 years of relevant communications experience.
  • Experience in content creation and visual development roles preferred.
