  • Strategy Execution & Insights
  • Roadmap Maintenance: Update and maintain the division's strategic roadmap templates and timelines based on inputs from the leadership team.
  • Cross-Divisional Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to gather data for budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting exercises.
  • Performance Reporting: Consolidate regular performance data and highlight key variance trends to ensure the business stays on track financially and strategically.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze operational datasets to help frame business issues and pain points into structured, actionable insights.
  • AI Tool Integration: Assist in deploying AI-driven analytics tools to accelerate reporting processes and improve data-driven decision support.
  • Business Management, Communication & Budgeting
  • Content Preparation: Draft initial versions of board decks, quarterly announcement commentaries, and risk committee materials based on leadership inputs.
  • CTO Briefings: Collate background information and build briefing packages for the CTO prior to external or internal presentations.
  • Budget Tracking: Track division spend against the allocated budget, identifying variances and coordinating with department champions on mitigation tracking.
  • Cadence Management: Coordinate the logistics, agendas, and material collection for the Business Management cadence (staff meetings, Quarterly Leadership Meetings, Division Townhalls).
  • Action Item Tracking: Meticulously track action items from high-level meetings through to completion.
  • Change Support: Support change management efforts for internal AI and automation adoption, helping team members adjust to new automated workflows.
  • PMO & Operations
  • Project Tracking: Run the day-to-day project tracking mechanics to monitor divisional KPIs and milestone delivery.
  • Risk Identification: Review department project plans to flag potential timeline overlaps, delivery roadblocks, or resource constraints to leadership.
  • AI-Powered PMO: Use and maintain AI-powered project management tools and automated workflows to maintain real-time visibility of project statuses.
  • Operational Governance: Assist in routing and tracking governance documentation, including vendor/tender reviews, CAPEX approvals, and pricing committee submissions.
  • Process Automation: Identify repetitive tasks within operational workflows (e.g., approval routing, report generation) and build or implement basic automation solutions to reduce cycle times.
  • AI and Automation Implementation
  • Roadmap Support: Support the implementation of the division's AI and automation adoption roadmap.
  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with data and analytics teams to document business requirements for AI dashboards and forecasting models.
  • Pilot Execution: Assist in piloting and scaling Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automations, and Generative AI use cases (e.g., meeting summaries, reporting templates).
  • ROI Tracking: Track and compile metrics regarding the effectiveness of implemented AI tools, including time saved and process efficiency gains.

Qualifications


  • Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in Project Management, Business Planning, or Operations, ideally involving technology-related projects (e.g., tech stack tracking, cloud migration, or digital transformation support).
  • Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous, alongside practical experience applying structured project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Design Thinking frameworks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, RPA), or Generative AI prompts in a business environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build dashboards and interpret complex operational datasets.
  • Prior exposure to corporate tender, RFQ/RFP processes, or contract administration is preferred.
  • Excellent structured thinking, strong presentation-building skills (PowerPoint storyboarding), and the ability to communicate clearly with mid-to-senior stakeholders.
