Assistant Manager, Business Development (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the HOD and Business Development Manager in developing initiatives and projects aligned with strategic and operational goals.

• Collaborate with Diagnostics service leads to establish, implement, and maintain marketing and business outreach activities.

• Manage and respond to feedback from internal and external clients.

• Provide administrative and professional support for business development activities and projects in partnership with clinical teams.

• Maintain and update the business unit's internet and intranet websites, including content updates and actions arising from received feedback.

• Oversee the management and upkeep of new and existing contracts with internal partners and external clients (e.g., polyclinics, GP clinics), and liaise with the legal team on changes to terms and conditions.

• Champion effective communication and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients, including communicating workflow changes that may impact them.

• Undertake additional assignments or projects as delegated by the HOD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.

• Diploma holders with relevant work experience are also welcome to apply.
