Marketing aspect:
. Responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and strategies,
. Customer engagement and sales, to achieve business goals and targets.:
. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behaviours, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
. Analyse customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies to achieve sales revenue
. Establish and foster good customer relationships.
Business development aspect:
. Increase our presence in Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Russia
. Promote our products ie berets (military and fashion), Big caps, Sunhats, Work Suits, Jerseys, Singlets, Shirts and pants, etc. to above countries via physical presence, e-commerce, digital marketing, etc.
. Venture and promote our products in the Military and Defence and Security industry, Fashion, F&B, Airlines, Hospitality, Healthcare, retailers, shopping malls, etc.
. Develop strategies and plans for lead generation and sales
. Prepare proposals, bids and presentations for new business opportunities.
. Help to negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
. Monitor industry trends with a view to keeping up to date with industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities for existing and new products.
. Tracking sales data to ensure targets are achieved
