Role

Oversee efficient and effective marine fuel procurement for company's operating container vessels at designated ports and on assigned services.
Coordinate and fulfill marine fuel requirements for company's operating vessels as allocated.
Drive cost-efficient marine fuel procurement through negotiation with suppliers, including oil majors, refineries, independent suppliers, and traders.
Resolve issues related to marine fuel quality and quantity, addressing claims as necessary.
Manage service providers associated with marine fuel, including surveyors and laboratory services.
Oversee invoicing and payment processes related to marine fuel.
Provide support for additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping or a related maritime field.
Proven experience in bunker procurement with strong negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the bunker industry and fuel specifications.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to report and share information promptly.
Positive attitude, with strong multitasking abilities and a capability to manage tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
