Lead and mentor/coach team members to achieve desired levels of performance, quality, and efficiency
Process and approve benefits claims submitted by staff for reimbursement timely, in accordance with prevailing policies and legislation
Compile, organize, and report data to effectively present business opportunities, trends, and team performance indicators
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Conduct verification checks on claim records and assist in queries from employees, auditors, etc
Manage staff enquiries through phone calls and/or emails and/or HR Support Centre
Participate in system upgrades/changes and UAT sessions
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline
At least 7 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years relevant to benefits operations/ admininistration
Prior supervisory experience is preferred
Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player
Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
