Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor/coach team members to achieve desired levels of performance, quality, and efficiency
  • Process and approve benefits claims submitted by staff for reimbursement timely, in accordance with prevailing policies and legislation
  • Compile, organize, and report data to effectively present business opportunities, trends, and team performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct verification checks on claim records and assist in queries from employees, auditors, etc
  • Manage staff enquiries through phone calls and/or emails and/or HR Support Centre
  • Participate in system upgrades/changes and UAT sessions

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline
  • At least 7 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years relevant to benefits operations/ admininistration
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
  • Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player
  • Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
