Assistant Manager, Asset Leasing

Overview

This opportunity is with a well-established international financial services provider with a strong presence in corporate financing and leasing solutions across the region. This is a backend operations role supporting corporate financing and leasing transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring deals are accurately processed, properly documented, and compliant throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation, review, and checking of contractual documentation for corporate financing facilities
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including credit approvals, purchase orders, new contracts, amendments, and terminations
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform accurate data entry for credit applications, contract acceptance, and disbursement details
• Maintain and update customer and supplier records
• Generate regular business and operational reports
• Provide administrative and coordination support to facilitate smooth deal execution
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
• Support SOP documentation and process improvement initiatives
• Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Experience in asset finance, leasing, structured finance, or related operations roles is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude

Good to Have

• Experience in contract documentation and lifecycle management
• Exposure to systems, process improvements, or system implementation
