Responsibilities
(normal operations-related)
. Application & Contract Oversight: Supervise the review of applicant documents to ensure the accurate issuance of Letters of Offer and Student Contracts
. High-Volume STP Management: Oversee the ICA e-system operations, maintaining eForm issuance speed achieved during peak months.
. Regulatory Compliance & Solar+ Management: Ensure all course offerings permitted by CPE are accurately updated in the ICA Solar+ System and that FPS (Fee Protection Scheme) requirements are met for every student.
. Advanced Reporting: Prepare and submit consolidated monthly reports to the HOD, including Student Pass status, Agent recruitment performance, and student qualification mapping.
. Student Lifecycle Events: Lead the planning and execution of orientation and graduation ceremonies to maintain high student satisfaction.
. Progression Tracking: Monitor student academic progression to ensure that documents for subsequent courses are issued immediately upon completion of previous levels.

. Predictive Bottleneck Management: Develop a formal risk-escalation framework to identify potential delays in the enrollment pipeline early and initiate corrective action before they impact intake targets.
. Enhanced Stakeholder Communication: Refine departmental communication protocols to ensure structured, consistent, and clear messaging when liaising with ICA officers and internal sales teams.
. EduTrust & ERF Leadership: Act as the department's compliance champion by applying recent refresher training to lead the team through internal and external regulatory audits.
