Nanyang Business School is seeking an Assistant Manager, Administrative Support & Academic Coordination, Faculty to support faculty-related operations and coordination. This role works closely with academic leadership and involves both operational execution and process enhancement, providing exposure to faculty processes, reporting and school-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive support to Associate Dean (Faculty)
Coordinate faculty development, mentoring and teaching-related processes
Prepare reports, presentations and dossier submissions
Support faculty recruitment and offer administration
Manage administrative and finance-related tasks
Drive process improvements and provide analytical insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
Must Have
Bachelor's degree
4-6 years of relevant experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good to Have
Experience in higher education
Experience supporting senior stakeholders
Experience in process improvement or data analysis
