Nanyang Business School is seeking an Assistant Manager, Administrative Support & Academic Coordination, Faculty to support faculty-related operations and coordination. This role works closely with academic leadership and involves both operational execution and process enhancement, providing exposure to faculty processes, reporting and school-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to Associate Dean (Faculty)

  • Coordinate faculty development, mentoring and teaching-related processes

  • Prepare reports, presentations and dossier submissions

  • Support faculty recruitment and offer administration

  • Manage administrative and finance-related tasks

  • Drive process improvements and provide analytical insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in higher education

  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders

  • Experience in process improvement or data analysis
