(Outsourced Finance Services Performance Management)
3-Year Contract (Extendable for up to 2 Years) | On-site | Public Sector Organisation
We are hiring on behalf of a public sector organisation for a Payments Assistant Manager to monitor and manage the performance of outsourced finance service providers. This role focuses on ensuring contractual KPIs are met, service quality is maintained, and performance issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to support governance, reporting, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of outsourced payment services.
Outsourcing Performance Management
Review system-generated reports and outsourced service provider performance reports
Monitor business performance and identify operational issues, anomalies, or risks
Follow up with stakeholders and service providers to clarify, rectify, and close performance gaps
Verify outsourced service provider KPIs and compile regular performance reports
Review and assess KPI waiver requests, ensuring appropriate justification and documentation
Service Quality & Governance
Manage feedback on outsourced service quality and relevance of service scope
Support audit activities and respond to finance-related and operational queries
Ensure adherence to established processes, controls, and contractual requirements
Reporting & Administrative Support
Prepare documentation, trackers, and reports to support management review
Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as required to support the finance function
Singapore Citizen
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in finance operations, payments, or outsourced services management
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
Proficient in SAP Finance, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analytics tools
Experience with dashboarding, reporting, or automation tools is preferred
3-year contract, with the possibility of extension for up to an additional 2 years, subject to performance and organisational needs
