Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate landscaping works
- Plan and attend regular meetings with clients for projects.
- Prepare landscape proposals, maintenance schedules and reports.
- Provide professional advice on the selection, ordering, planting and maintenance of trees, shrubs, groundcovers and turf grasses.
- Implement tree pruning and maintenance programme with clients
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on horticulture matters.
- Supervision of contractors performance to maintain the service standard
- Ensure maintenance is carried out per schedule and update status accordingly to the requirement
- Verifying contractors quotations, service reports and invoices
- Issuing of Purchase Order to contractors and ensure works carried out accordingly to quote in timely and orderly manner
- Any other ad-hoc FM related duties (Project works)
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- ISA certified Arborist
- Diploma/degree in discipline of horticulture or arboriculture or botany or landscape management
- Experience in horticulture or arboriculture field is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are Welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office
